3 story House renderings

We are building a 3 story house in Australia. The land is on quite a steep slope ( yes we like the steep slope) the 3 stories will be built into the steep slope located on pilings. The middle level & bottom levels will be only accessed by an exterior stairway. They will be completely self sufficient with large balconies. In the middle of all three floors we would like a small light well made of glass. ( this will allow us in the future to have a life installed) Top floor = 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen , dinning room & lounge room All taking advantage of the beautiful sea & coastal view. with a large balcony. Middle level = 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms single galley kitchen , dinning & lounge rooms all with coastal views. Bottom 3rd level = one bedroom , one bathroom single galley kitchen , dinning & lounge room with coastal views. with a walk out onto a terrace that surrounds a long lap pool. We would like Architectural renderings for our project. We have included some photos & videos for the prospective freelancer to obtain a look and feel of what we are seeking. We have uploaded some styles of exterior we like, also a video link of the style of curved roof we are thinking of, Interior views & large balconies with glass balustrades. 1.
