Our company sells patio stones and pavers. We are looking for a 3D modeler with home patio/exterior experience. The initial project is for testing purposes and more projects are guaranteed if we are satisfied with the results. The purpose of this project is to provide our clients with a 3D example of our deliverables and capabilities and provide the contractor with detailed layout. After the project is completed we expect to received the following: Final Layout Plan (AutoCAD), 3D Visualization (Sketchup) and all modeling related files. The initial "beta" project we believe is simple but projects will get more complex in the future and we require to be able to communicate through online video meetings. Please find the details below: -Concept: Concept image has been attached to show main design idea. The 3D model should focus on the paver design with patio furnishing and decor playing a secondary role. -Paver: We have provided the Paver pattern (diamond paver, cube pattern), dimensions and colors. Note that we require all modeling files because most likely we need to try different colors and textures on the same model. -Layout: This patio has a layout of 15 x 30 feet. A detailed layout is necessary to assists contractor in installation. We require that the layout is completed in AutoCAD and the 3D model in Sketchup.
