Looking for talented landscape architect with swimming pool design experience for residential backyard project. The design will consist of cabana, gardens, with integrated pool, water slide & spa area. The water slide connecting the ground floor elevation (Spa) to the lower pool level. Architecturally you will have a clean slate as house & pool are not build yet, however the site where the pool, concrete custom slide and spa will be constructed is limited as per sketches attached. This area will be the main outlook for the living area of the house and we are wanting to create striking focal point. This will be a task-based agreement, invoices shall be generated from task completion i.e. • Concept approval + First Sketches. • Design development and reviewing • Delivery of editable copy of final CAD dwgs & ample 3D render images in HD illustrating different perspectives. I do have current Revit model & editable 2d dwg files of the residence & site. I have an idea as attached but very happy to consider others.
