Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - no file attached here, but i recall the model from the previous post 2 - the assembly should be made from glued stock parts which to be processed by the cnc router 3 - in the first place the 3d model for the legs and each part needs to be designed and based on this to generate the cad file for the router (most probably will be step214, but i could export any other cad format) 4 - i could also run a cnc simulation and provide the video 5 - my opinion - it will be necessary to make the first contour cutting and after this profiling. for this could be possible to need some jigs and also a dedicated milling head (i know this because i was in the same situation...) as you are aware, the price and time frame will be discussed here upon contacting Regards Bogdan
