I think it's awesome what you're doing, I have experience teaching 3d modeling and basic animation (key framing and such) to non artists, I am by no means a certified teacher I just teach my friends, who are interested in getting into architecture and motion graphics, so they can kick start their careers, or see if 3d is something they would have a feel for in the foreseeable future, I can help your son learn the basics of blender, what is 3d? the basics and advanced techniques of 3d modeling among other stuff, also despite being raised in an Arabic country I have extreme good command of the English language and of course I would be willing to give you a demo, you'll have to excuse me if you see I am not freelancer certified, I just made this account and I'm working on it, in any case hope to be working with you
