1. PROJECT SCOPE. Provide a 3D design of an engine valve cover. This is a specific engine valve cover, that needs to be scaled to 7" long x 1-3/4" wide x 1" tall. Exact dimensions will be provided and mutually agreed on. Exported as an .OBJ file suitable for 3D Printing. 2. PROJECT DETAIL I will provide photographs and exact dimensions of modifcations in Illustrator. Here is an image of the valve covers that are similar. [login to view URL] The 3D printed scale model will be mounted on a presentation board, so there are some mounting flanges and a single female bolt thread that will need to be added on the inside of the valve cover. I will provide these modifications in detail in Illustrator. 3. PROJECT DELIVERABLE. a. 3D renderings suitable to show details of exterior and interior to validate the 3D file meets expectations. b. Creation file must be created in Blender and Blender creation file provided. c. An accurate 3D model that is scaled, includes the supplied modifications for mounting and is ready to 3D print in .OBJ format. 4. PROJECT CONTINUANCE The Valve cover project will continue with similar other makes of Valve Covers to be created, scaled and exported similarly.
