Hiring 3D Rendering Expert (Rigging, Posing, Lighting)

We are a company working on the official Minecraft Marketplace. On this store, certified Microsoft partners are allowed to sell their content to anyone interested in buying it. Each piece of content requires a thumbnail. The majority of this thumbnail is actually rendered. On the render you can find a Minecraft world, skins and custom 3D objects that we provide. These need to be rigged, posed and then put together in one final image. Afterwards our graphic design team adds logos and enhances the image to make it the final thumbnail. I attached some basic examples of these thumbnails. We are looking to outsource some of this rendering work. Generally we come up with the basic concepts and let you execute the idea. Creative input is always wanted and appreciated.
