Need HR from Thailand to help recruit collection executives for a call center

A call center in Thailand is recruiting collection executives, remote positions for now, on-site positions in future. We hope to find 1-2 HR partners who are in Thailand to help with the whole procedure. Requirement: 1. Have recruiting experience on recruiting basic position massively 2. Be available the whole days when you start certain batch of recruiting. 3. Work in a personal capacity, instead of representing an agency Please send proposal only when you have enough spare time.
