Lead Generation - Real Estate Outbound Calls to US Markets
$2-8 USD / hora
We are looking for a persuasive sales professional to make outbound calls Monday-Friday. The project entails cold calling on foreclosure property owners in the states of California, Oklahoma, and New Jersey. Asking potential clients if they are interested in our services and scheduling appointments. A script is provided. You will need to have the following to qualify:
1. Good conversational & written English skills (clients must be able to understand you).
2. Basic knowledge of real estate (helpful, but not required).
3. Auto dialing software experience (helpful, but not required).
4. Voice sample.
This project starts off at $2/hr and has the potential to be long term for the right person. Bonuses may be available after 90 - 180 days.
