Hi there, I used to worked in a specific BPO company under the account "TELUS" where in customers chats/calls in whenever they have Internet, TV, Phone and Billing issues. I was praised for being highly versatile, and I was one of a select group of Support who were able to assist customers in online chats and over the telephone. We we're trained to be Multi-tasker as we do not only support 1 customer at a time but twice. While we assist customer with their concerns we make sure to finish all documentation/changes needed before both chat ended and on top of that I always make sure to assist customers in an accurate and timely manner. In addition to this, I also worked as an Email Support for a Gaming company called "Zynga", this time i answer player inquiries and concerns through email and a ticketing system called "Helpshift". Being an Email support felt really good for me as this experience made me a complete All around Customer service. I'm confident that my exceptional oral and written communication skills matched with great customer service will make me an asset to any companies out there. Customer service is always my top priority,I work quickly and confidently because I love what I do, I'm extremely motivated and a great manager of time, I learn quickly and I have a strong analytical skills.
