FiveM Server

Hi, I am Rahul from Mauritius.I am looking to someone to work on my FiveM server which i created on my computer.I want the following things in my server : 1.. All non whitelisted esx jobs include mobile phone to call taxi and illegal business An option for anyone to purchase houses and save their game every 30 min 2.. I want only police job to be white listed and show me how to whitelist the job so that i can add some players and set rank etc........ 3.. 10 texas based cars (such as charger,explorer with the textures)include full Siren for all police cars 4.. 10 different uniforms (e.g for supervisor,cadet,chief etc...) 5.. Car dealership which players will be able to buy cars 6.. License permit (Driving School) 7.. Fuel script , carwash , gun store (all these addons on the map) 8.. Full Siren control for all police cars 9.. A menu for Cops to put cuffs,to test if alcohol consumed and so on. and add many addon things on the map so that it look realistic and commands for civilian to raise their hands etc... Thanks My server is clean i haven't touched anything yet as it has just been created. I would like someone who have done this work before as the person will be able to do it fast. That's all for the moment My budget is around 0$ - 55$
