Hi. I have read through the project description very interestingly. So, you want to creat cloud sql server instance. I have worked with configuring cloud sql server instance. To configuring this, you must set specific firewall rules to allow SQL Server traffic on the VPC network or subnet that your instance is a part of. Have you done this. Hey man, This is a really cool script! I've gone through the SQL file and there's some really interesting logic in there. I think a lot of it would be better suited to do the logic from a Python script as SQL isn't a great procedural language. Although if you'd like it all to be written in msSQL my second home is in my work place's msSQL DB and it's definitely where I'm most comfortable. I haven't had any jobs on Freelancer yet so I completely understand if you'd like to go with somebody who has more verification. But please feel free to reach out to me, I'd be happy to go through the logic with you for free just out of interest and and you can decide whether or not you'd like to go with me or another candidate. I actually think this job may be much easier than you think and would take ~2 hours or so.
