Hi, I can do this for you, but we need to check this: first: you need to be sure that you have an homologated ip on your router. Natted Ip address will not work. Second: admin access to your router, to be able to configure port forwarding. third: do you already have an DDNS account? And final, but very important: be really careful, there are tons of bots around internet trying to find open port and hack your system. Must of ransomware attacks are that way. There are special software for that protection. Regards.

Hello, I assume from after reading the description, your office server is windows and you need RDP and remote DB connection without using a public IP. So I am recommending openVPN so that you can use both live we connect it fr LAN. please discuss

Four solutions can be used to resolve your issue. 1) Use a remote access software like TeamViewer, Anydesk, Nomachine. If your application is on the server itself then just install these softwares on your server and configure them to run in unattended access with a unique ID and strong password. No further configuration is required. 2)Using Terminal services app like TSplus and setting up dynDNS with port forwarding on the router. You can access the terminal services thru standard windows RDP or via http/https browser. 3) Using port forwarding to forward the ports on the router and using a free dynamic DNS account on the server to continuously map a chosen domain name to the dynamic IPs on the router. You can use the hostname to connect to the server. THIS METHOD IS NOT SECURE. 4) Use remote access VPN service on your server to create a secure link between your device and the server. Port forwarding will need to be done for the VPN protocol but it will be secure. A Dynamic DNS will also need to be created. Softether VPN can be used as it has its own dyndns service in it. I will configure your RDP . It will hardly take 15 minutes to complete the whole task. Things require: 1) Need access to server 2) Need access of machine from where you want to take RDP.

You need to configure dynamic dns on your router + port forwarding, after that you will be able to access your service remotely
