We have developed weighbridge software (client server application in VB.Net) for many Indian clients. Its in regular use at many sites. Its integrated with weighbridge via RS232. We have also integrated with ERP developed by us and in some cases client's ERP. I have read the overview of your requirements and am confident of delivering well. I have good knowledge and experience in programing C/C++, python , java on windoes , linux or android, deep learning , image processing . I worked many scada projects for scales used in industry , or small automation, data aquisition in industry. As a freelancer i worked at many projects for obiect recognition , face recognition , ocr , natural lanuage processing. I used only tensorflow software for handle neural networks in my projects implemented on personal computers or android devices. Your project will contain two parts : - One main software wich will run on computer wich aquire images from videocameras , extract text from detected plates , comunicate with ERP sistem, print invoices, comunicate with weightbridge using RS 232 serial port. - Second component will be a board with microcontroller or a board like rasbery py with Android or linux OS with software wich will do links with boom gate, signaling light, beams or positioners. This require digital inputs/outputs.
