1. I have worked as different capacities in top American companies - LexisNexis, Cisco, Western Union, Ford, Chrysler, GM, AMEX. I am GURU in J2EE and an enterprise architect, who always likes an opportunity to code his architecture to perfection. Well I started working on a 512MB RAM Eclipse and WAS, coding Struts and connecting Oracle, writing stored procedures to now working with Spring 4, writing TDD, using GIT/Atlassian, Mavan, Guice, DI, what not, I have seen Java from 1 to 8.
2. I think I know to walk the walk and talk the talk, you can frankly discuss issues with me. I am as western as you may get. I don't step on other's foot, in short. If I know, I am always willing to help, but see all these I also have commitments, so the BIG $$$ is important to keep me motivated why - I have a home loan, simple. Hoping that we can get along well, I am willing to take any Java test or anything, but remember, my commitments are as much important as your dates, so that can be met only money. I can code and expected to be paid at the end, which is fine, but be open about it.
3. Inspiration comes from funny areas for me. I can't describe everything, but recently technology has become a show business, I am still trying to find out a better way. I stay focused on what I can control and do what I am best at. If I don't know something, I try to learn. I have a healthy ego (thanks to Sylvester Stallone for the phrase). I keep myself fit too, helps.
4. Rest, are the same
