The second criteria you mentioned (based on keyword in mail body/recipient) is not possible, since your objects are in S3. We can only search based on file (object) name and/or the object upload date. I can create a simple web page UI for you as you want (which we can simply host on S3 bucket itself - if you're fine with it). I have been working with most commonly used AWS services (like EC2, S3, IAM policy creation etc.) for the past 3.5 years so far. Let me know if you are interested and we can get started :)
