Simple fast windows based obgyn medical record software

I need a custom simple and fast medical record software Gynecology and Obstetrics as speciality, I will supply sample excel sheet with info to be entered Must include pregnancy terms / periods calculation and store for each patient in the database. Need the possibility to add BLOCKS of data as needed inside the software / patient page Need to be able to search database per name or per content entered into any of the fields of records Possibility to TAG each patient with custom searchable tags Possibility to have a custom medicines list to be used to generate prescriptions from the software, this list is arranged to include also posology and number of boxes/bottles. Possibility to have custom ready made prescriptions to be used as is for each serch term (tags) OR edited then printed Possibility to print directly as A5 size and use my custom designed page head. Possibility to SAVE and EXPORT database Possiblity to discuss: need to receive images from ultrasound machine through DICOM ==> This is a work for hire that freelancer will not share with anybody, will not show and will not sell. All rights on this works go to Client / Project poster. ==> Freelancer will supply fully working software AND commented source code and any kind of information needed to edit later. Of course if get good experience we will hire same freelancer again for future edits.
