Program driving by excel datafeed

The program or process doesn't have to be anything fancy, just user friendly. The main requirements would be: The user should be able to type or select the customer name from a list the is linked to only the names on the inventory file. Once the name is retrieved it also shows the invoice/s along with date/s. The user should be able to select any number of invoices for that customer that should be delivered. Once the option of invoice/s is selected then it brings up a signature window that will now allow the customer to sign using the scriptel signiture pad. Once the customer signs (if possible) the signiture is recorded to the databass, a time and date stamp and the word delivered beside it. That would be my basic requirements
