We are two families who own 16 acres in Pinetop-Lakeside Arizona. We've owned the property for over 25 years. The area is getting developed around us including a park directly to the north and national forest and another park to the east. We want to develop 16 acres into a RV and Equestrian Park. We've kept our horses on the proerty every summer since we bought it. The community is in need of nice RV spaces for summer residents and a place to keep their horse. I need a basic site plan to take to planning and zoning to get approval and then full engineering plans, etc., if approved.
