Considering you have it in C#, I suggest your apps built by using iTextSharp for the PDF library. Let me know if I am wrong Also, what modification you would require?

Hello there, While developing a reporting tool for one of the desktop applications, I've worked on different WPF components including the FixedDocuments and its Pagination mechanism. Later, as part of working on another application, I used iTextSharp library to process PDF documents in C#.
