I need a library/DLL in .Net technology that can generate an multiple-page OMR sheet.

An OMR sheet can have Bubbles or text-input area.

Also, the library should be capable of processing the scanned copies as well.

The provided library will be integrated with an existing web-application developed in .Net

You are free to use any robust open-source library if required.

The final product should look something like the attached document.
