We are searching for world-class software developers to develop the most advanced MLM software. MLM ProTec is a software company offering custom software solutions to MLM companies. Multi-level marketing is a business model where Affiliates are able to sell products via “replicated website” with a unique ID and earn commissions for referrals. Affiliates are able to refer other Affiliates and earn overrides on a sales team. This is achieved through a compensation plan (binary, unilevel, matrix, hybrid, etc). Affiliates are also able to refer two types of customers to earn commissions. Preferred customers (monthly purchasers) and retail customers (one-time purchasers). Commissions are processed weekly and/or monthly for the majority of MLM companies. Commissions are calculated from the generated BV/QV/CV/PV (business volume, qualified volume, customer volume, personal volume). We are going to hire 2 MLM experts who can join our team for a long time. The developers will work full time for over 3 months. We have high level requirements and design. So the ideal engineers should design Database and all backend from scratch. We build frontend using React. So MLM engineers should provide APIs for the frontend and backend logics. We host everything on AWS and use Serverless Architecture.
