Microsoft .net Windows Application (A Windows RMM Tool)

I would like a Windows Desktop application that will utilize the .net framework to manage, control, monitor, and report on the local Windows operating system, hardware, software/applications on the local computer, its network information, installed printers, users, groups, file system information, volume information, network traffic, firewall settings, performance counters, etc. Basically all aspects of the running operating system, settings, volumes, files, etc. I would like the program to be able to hold the information in a SQL db and be able to change settings, both locally and remotely. I want a dashboard created that will showcase all computers that are being managed by this application and be able to control each computer. Typically this application/tool is called a RMM Software. This needs to be developed in stages and it's a long-term project. Looking for someone that has spare time and can work with me on the project approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. There will be two parts to this application, the local agent (runs on each pc as a service) and the server app which manages all the local agents (monitoring them, assigning tasks, deployment tasks, reporting on events, results, and settings). I don't have a full set of requirements - this will be built on the fly, and as we go.
