Build a hospital information system/ app and website

I am a medical resident. This means that I am a junior medical doctor who spends most of his time at the hospitals. During my work, I have to do a lot of scut work, I mean; I have to do a lot of paperwork which is the deadend part of my job. For instance, I have to write the medical history 2 times and write the medical prescription 4 times in a separate files. Another problem is, there are red flags in my job. I mean, for instance, some lab results should be informed to the physician as soon as possible to take an action. Long story short, I have an idea of an app that make it all easily doable cutting time with much more accuracy and efficiency. This app should be accessible to the physician, the nurses, the other medical staff, and the insurance companies with pre-specified access terms for each the aforementioned members. This might be a huge project. I need to know how much does it cost ( the development and the running costs). So, please don’t forget the running cost which is included in the bidding price. I will contact the healthcare company I am working at and see if they’ll buy it or not , so till now , nothing is 100% certain. Please take into consideration that the budget available maybe more or less the value put in the proposal headline. Thank you for your interest
