Average Leaf Speed in Python

I am looking to create a bar histogram with the X axis labeled as leaf number and the Y axis labeled as leaf speed using a third party open source library called pylinac. Specifically utilizing the log analyzer module since the input will be trajectory and dynalog files. Within this module the get_leaves function returns a list of leaves that moved. Knowing which leaves moved, get_snapshot_value returns an array of each leaf position for each snapshot taken, which is every 20ms. Going through the array of snapshot values for each leaf to find a position that is repeated at least 3 consecutive times means the leaf has reached a control point and has stopped moving to deliver beam. Taking that position and subtracting from the initial position should yield the distance traveled, probably have to take the absolute value so a negative distance isn't traveled. Counting the number of snapshots between the initial and ending position and multiplying by the time interval of a snapshot will yield the amount of time it took each leaf to travel (snapshots are taken every 20ms for trajectory and 50ms for dynalog). This process will need to be repeated at least 5 times since there are 5 different position stops. The average can be taken and I would like a bar histogram displayed within the provided PDF report. Feel free to change or update the pdf as you see fit.
