audio plugin

I need someone with experience in creating audio vst rtas axx, and au plugins and synths to help create a very nice audio plugin that I can sell I have some experience in java php and a little c++ . Must be willing to teach me how to code these plugins so that I can do it myself but still use your help when needed. Must be familiar with Juce sense this is the platform I wish to build with or if there is a better way I'm open to suggestions. My first plugin will be a pultec eq then maybe a synth after [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] has tones of ideas. I have already designed the PSD of the eq. Would love to have a I click option to ad the famous Autotune TPain sound and reverb to the eq. Must use secure license authorization.
