Relationships Manager

A successful US / Canadian expat in Russia is looking to add a versatile member to their personal team. The new member will be responsible for managing the client’s relationships and online presence. This is a creative position that will allow one to plan and manage their time and work process. Potential prospects include expanding the role, long-term cooperation, business travel, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES - Set up and maintain online presence on Tinder, Bumble, Badoo and other popular dating apps - Create and develop an accurate and eye-catching profile - Closely communicate with the client in order to understand and assess their needs - Being able to grasp the client’s scope of interests and their sense of humour in order to be able to maintain a conversation on their behalf as though you were them - Select potential candidates who meet certain criteria and preferences - Get in touch with potential candidates on behalf of the client in order to shortlist those open for communication/those with acceptable English skills - Maintain conversations with potential candidates to arrange meetings - Try out, introduce and implement psychology techniques based on own research - Developing a profound strategy of the client’s online presence - Establishing standard operating procedures & creating a ‘cheatsheet’ from scratch - Developing the client’s profile & photo portfolio according to current trends and own psychological research - Build and run an experiments to improve conversion - Analyze data sets and uncover opportunities to improve the funnel - Conduct user interviews to understand consumer behaviour and psychology that will supercharge our efforts - Set, instrument and measure metrics to quantify success - Design and iterate on testing frameworks that allow us to run thoughtful experiments - Working on conditions of anonymity under an NDA
