I have an issue regarding Instagram - facebook business manager

I can’t setup a business account properly in Instagram,

because he does not want to accept my facebook business account. So, impossible to claim my page.

In my facebook business account everything is connected with instagram properly...

I have already disconnect and connect, but the problem stays

It says I have 2 business managers? I don't get it....

Instagram automaticaly made a new page for me,... I wanted to join them, but I seem to have 2 business managers? I can't clear the puzzle ... Anyone who knows this by heart? That would be helpfull!
