E-Commerce Platform Specialist

Ludwig Marketing & Sales seeks an E-Commerce Platform Specialist for Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and Company Website (Shopify / HubSpot) to help our Consumer Packaged Goods Clients grow online e-commerce business (B2B & BTC). You will manage, problem-solve, and execute new product launches and storefront optimization services we provide to new and existing Clients most of which are specialty food companies, natural food brands, and CPG companies. Candidate will provide both direct support and/or manage partner agencies, freelancers for all phases of e-commerce launch, optimization, and advertising. Amazon • Client Amazon brand strategy research • Drive Amazon store plan to accelerate sales & brand exposure • Vendor Central to Seller Central migrations • Product listing issues, parentage, template uploads, etc. • Amazon A9 SEO strategies and keyword research • Troubleshooting all phases of Amazon listing issues • Brand Registry, trademark policies • Distribution enforcement, Buy Box authority • Promotions, coupons, seller health, IPI • PPC Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, PPC Ad Management • Ongoing storefront maintenance, FBA/FBM, profitability & ROI monitoring Walmart Marketplace • Manage all phases of product launches • Assistance with Company setup • Product content, item variants • Listing Quality Dashboard • Flat-file full item spec, troubleshooting • Walmart PPC Advertising Website (Shopify / HubSpot) • All aspects of building Shopify-themed websites • Integrate Shopify to HubSpot CRM • Creating transactional emails and automations • Connecting Social Media sales channels to Shopify • E-commerce listing, SEO optimization, wholesale integrations • Promotions, planning, reports, analytics Requirements Must be a passionate foodie and love unique brands! Ideal candidate will be Client focused and maintain a helping disposition with an excellent background in E-Commerce best practices. You’ll be organized, articulate, communicative, professional, diligent plus be able to effectively juggle numerous clients, campaigns, action items and projects. Candidate will be strategic, organized, and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be flexible, think entrepreneurially and be adaptive. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years relevant experience (specialty food CPG manufacturer experience a big plus.)
