Good Morning, Working as a call center agent for eight years as a Customer Service Representative on Sales accounts, I’d say that i have a vast knowledge in providing customer satisfaction and producing sales. Throughout my career in this industry, I have learned how to deal with people having different kinds of personalities. In every call that I received, First call resolution is always my main goal.
