KKDJ RADIO 7 TV IS looking for a dynamic sales manager to lead our sales team. This is not for a desk jockey, so if you are the type of sales manager who can both lead and sell, enjoys cultivating new relationships and solidifying existing ones, you’ll love this opportunity! Position Responsibilities • Grow revenue through your personal generation of new and existing business • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals for on-air, events and on-line advertising. • Protect the KKDJ Radio & TV brand, create innovative sales opportunities for the team and propel the success of the station in the Market. • Ensure on-time payment on all accounts • Attend weekly sales meetings and attend ongoing training sessions, work closely with programming on new sales initiatives. Position Requirements • 2 years minimum Media Sales Management Experience. • Possess strong written and oral communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. • Ability to collaborate internally with Programming, Production, and Business Departments.
