Greetings from Johannesburg, South Africa and thanks for the bid offer! I am looking forward to contributing whatever skills you might find beneficial for this project according to my past and present experiences. I have worked for two British telecommunications companies; one is called Talk Talk and the other is One-Tel. My job was to contact BT clients and to offer them additional/alternative call plans to add to their BT landlines. I also worked for RCI South Africa before as an international travel consultant, and I have worked as a call scorer for Vacation Rental Pros (they are based in USA - Florida). Working in the travel industry afforded me the opportunity to deal with clientele from all over the world. I have inbound, outbound and internet customer care experience. I am computer savvy with a clear, neutral English accent as my first language. I would appreciate you telling me exactly how you work on your end and the number of hours per day that you will require from me; I do have up to 6 hours per day available. Excellent customer service means meeting the needs and wishes of every customer in a timely manner. A customer should never get off the phone with a business or leave a place of business unhappy. I can be this Customer Service Representative. My goal is to make your customers happy.
