Hi there. I could probably help you out, if you accept my proposal by 5pm EST tomorrow. I have an extensive legal background stretching back more than 40 years. My fee would be $222.22; however, this would not guaranty success.
Please understand that when looking for governmental or institutional documents which are 18 years old, they often simply no longer exist. Most likely, however, there are some sort of computer records or microfiche. Also, I am sure you are aware that most governmental business offices and courts are closed on the weekend and legal holidays.
I currently reside in Atlanta, GA, so if I cannot obtain copies long distance of whatever records may exist, a local person would have to be hired to obtain copies of the documents. I may also require notarized written authorization to obtain these documents (or information) on your behalf.
Considering the foregoing, I would be willing to undertake this project and would keep you advised regarding my progress and any anticipated costs. (My fee would not include any costs for access to, or to obtain copies of the documents, once the documents are located.)
I would need to talk with you ASAP to find out your information and prior efforts to obtain the records you seek. All initial contact and payments must be made through Freelancer.com.
All personal information provided will be kept confidential, except as required to obtain the documents you seek.
Sincerely,
Gerald K. Burton
