We are looking to hire freelance project managers experienced in writing successful SBIR projects within both NIH and NSF. Full proposal writing and project management, client relations. Previous experience in; *Engaging Program Directors/Officers for early feedback *Establishing quantitative milestones for product development *Supporting documents (facilities/equipment, narrative, etc) *Strategy for letters of support *Understanding SBIR budgets and accountingPricing below is specified for a PH1 PROPOSAL. Higher payment for PH2 proposals. PHD in scientific or engineering degrees required. Fluent English speaking in both conversational and technical writing. Payment below considering PH1 proposals. Higher payment with regards to PH2.

Hi, This Project requires knowledge of Project Management and about the Content along with good Technical Writing skills in which I am proficient , can see my Thesis in my Profile. Relevant Skills and Experience I am well aware of Project Management including its basic like PERT, CPM etc and as I am a Civil Engineer so well aware of Technical writing . Proposed Milestones $1111 USD - Over Discussion I have worked as Billing Engineer and so have exposure in Bidding, Contracting ,Tendering, Client Dealing also in preparing BOQs.
