Former Ace Professional now Elderly Housebound Patient has composed air tight case including 90% research which proves rookie university Primary Care Physician has devised a Care Plan that is not only counter-productive, but is likely to be lethal. Patient can also prove PCP is incompetent, negligent, prejudice, vengeful, deceptive to her superiors and working 180 degrees counter to CDC Opioid Medication Guidelines.
