3D modeling - fly through animation - architecture

I am going to pitch an idea to investors and need a 3D fly through or model of what the end result will approximately look like.
I do not have any rendering or source material to give you.
I WILL give you layouts, photographs, aerial photos, and details of how things should look.
What needs to be modeled:
- Building where I need the interior and exterior modeled.
- Animal barn where I need interior and exterior modeled.
- The property as a whole - trees, parking lot, fences, outdoor patio, and other outdoor features.
This rendering will NOT be the final version, it is only meant as an example of the idea so people can understand the concept. Going forward there will be many changes and the potential for more work once the initial model is complete.
I am not sure if this will be a 30 second video or if this is something that would be interactive. I guess it is up to your skill level and my budget.
Here is an example of what I am looking for EXCEPT I DO NOT NEED IT THIS DETAILED OR THIS LONG. This example is only meant to show the type of work I am looking for, not the end result I am looking for!!! I expect the final product to be fairly basic! [login to view URL]
