The scope of work shall include design & development of residence which includes
• Schematic Design
• Design development
• Working drawings
• Construction
Schematic Design
• 3D view to sufficiently convey final design intent
• Finishes Schedule
Design Development
• Development of detailed plans(Final Layout), Sections, Elevations based on Schematic layouts(After Clients Approval)
• Development of design based on inputs from Service Consultants(Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC Consultant)
• Preparation of Sanction drawings for local statutory/Municipal approvals/ permissions based on inputs provided by Liasioning Agency appointed by Client
• Preparation of Tender Drawings/details for BOQ and Tender document preparation for inviting offers from Contractors and Vendors
Working Drawings
• Issue Final Package of all Architectural Drawings which includes Masonry markout, joinery details(wood work), Staircase and handrail drawings, Elevation and Section drawings with Material Specifications
Construction (Supervision/Inspection)
Interacting and coordinating the execution at site
• Providing interim details as and when required
• Supervising the work at mutually agreed periodic intervals
