Please only apply to this project id you meet the following criteria:- 1. You can demonstrate first hand working on similar project 2. You are able to complete the project within next 2-3 weeks 3. You are able to work within the restrictions of our design- we will provide you with all PSD's 4. You have integrated websites with social media and CRM API's in the past We have an urgent requirement to rapidly develop and get on-line a feature rich recruitment website. All designs are in pace and developed by out in house designer- you will be provided with relevent PSD files. This is a bespoke development- so we are not looking for a developer to kick word press into shape! High Level Features on the candidate side include:- 1. Candidate Registration 2. Social Media integration such as LinkedIn/ Facebook API integration to allow details to be automatically extracted during registration 3. Candidate CV upload and parsing - so that the CV can be read by Database 4. Featured job posting and conventional job posting in accordance to our design 5. Featured News linked to discuss blog 6. Featured articles - there are a number of styles of articles - such as news, career guides, tips etc. All need to be linked to a dynamic CMS which will allow our template design o be updated and extended. 7. Candidate Search- candidates should be able to search for Jobs in relation to sector, industry, location 8. Each sector, industry, location will have its own landing page- which would have certain customisable features such as banner, video, text - the body of the search results will however remain consistent 9. Subscribing to job alerts 10. Automated/generic email capability 11. Apply to job using LinkedIn/Facebook details Clients/ Recruiters Section This section of the website is intended for our customers - who are recruiters. Features include:- 1. Recruiter will be able to register - similar process to candidate - but no requirement for CV uploading 2. Recruiter will be able to post a job description 3. Recruiter will be able to select an advertising package and pay (so must be integrated to payment merchant like strip or paypal) 4. Job role will be pending until it is reviewed by our administrator and made live 5. Recruiter can have their own semi brand-able page - where their jobs are advertised on the site. I.e control over banners, colours etc. 6. The recruiters site will also have a resource centre- which effectively consist of a series of support documents and articles - connected to blog. This will be up datable and extendible by CMS connected to our given template design, 7. The recruiter site will have reasons why choose us section =- this will consist of a slide show presentation- which is dynamic and up-datable for the back end of the system. The site will consist of a dash board which allows users to see how their recruitment campaign is gong, i.e. number of applications, candidate management, rejection next stage.
