Hello Sir, I have around 4-5 years of experience with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition in my total 9 years of HR experience. I used to source multiple candidates and have used multiple domains and I have an experience of recruiting middle level to senior level candidates.
For sourcing the candidates I use multiple channels or job portals like Naukri, TimesJobs, Monster and many more.
I have also used social media for recruitment like LinkedIn and Facebook to source the candidates.
Now when I decide to speak to candidate for his/her recruitment on a particular profile, I first study the company's profile and footprints in detail, so that I get an highlight of key points required to pitch. I inform the candidate about the strength of the company, business profile i.e. the core business of the company, employee strength, core competencies of the company in business, and I also emphasize on the vision and mission of the company.
Now when I talk to the candidate, I will come to know about his/her requirement for a particular job, few may be interested in money, some would be interested in growth and others might want a bright future, so I visualize their requirements and speak to the candidate in those directions. So that the candidate can take a correct decision about their joining and I as a recruiter can understand why the candidate is joining the organization, eventually inform the management about the future aspects.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks
Abhishek
