Requirement- Experience : 1- 2 year in recruitment" Looking only for a Full Time freelancer who can dedicate 6 hours a day. Should speak Malay Responsibilities -Good communication Skills is a must. -Responsible for handling IT requirements. -Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions - Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for assigned requirements - Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process - Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates. - Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises. - Screening & shortlisting resumes/ candidates and submitting the same - Resume formatting & submission. - Proficient usage of professional and social networking tools for sourcing candidates Perks -Weekly pay -Flexible working hours ( Preferrable to start by 11AM MYT)
