Looking for a recruiter from Phillipines to source talent from Phillipines for a reputed FMCG manufacturing company in Nigeria. Payment will be on successful hiring of the sourced candidate.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE TO BE SOURCED:
MINIMUM 5-10 YEARS OF HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE , WITH 3 PIECE CAN FOLDING,FLANGING,BEADING,SEAMING AND PALLETISER MACHINES.
SHOULD HAVE HANDLED MACHINES WITH SPEED OF 300+ CANS PER MINUTE.
SHOULD BE ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT AND DO PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR THE CHINESE LINES ( DODO )BEING USED.
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH REQUIRED.
ADDED EXPERIENCE IN AFRICA AN ADVANTAGE.
SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRAIN AND LEAD THE LOCAL TEAM TO ACHIEVE PRODUCTION OBJECTIVES
RENUMERATION : NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
ACCOMODATION : AT THE FACTORY PREMISES IN NIGERIA
