Configure web.py (or similar) with IIS

I need to implement a series of web services using Python on Windows. We chose [login to view URL] as the web framework to use because of its simplicity (when using its own web server), but now need to prepare the code for production use. As part of that, [login to view URL] needs to be configured to work inside IIS. If this turns out to be very difficult or borderline impossible, another, similar framework may be substituted. This exercise will have to be performed on a Windows instance (either Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016) controlled by the freelancer. When complete, I will need a detailed walk-through of the setup process (using a conference/screen share session), as well as written instructions, which I have to be able to follow to replicate on any other computer. Also, some scripts and/or third party libraries may need to be created/tweaked; all of that source code and/or binaries will have to be provided as a result of this project, as well.
