Auction based service for A used car company

A used car company provides an auction based service for which prospective customers are offered online a weekly catalogue which contains a variable list of vehicles (10-15) displayed and offered as ‘manager specials”. The manager has asked you (as the company’s web developer) to design and construct a web portal which would enable buyers to preview, select and comment on the individual vehicles on offer prior to the auction that takes place at the end of the week. The portal should, amongst other functions, allow readers to conveniently browse through the photo displays of the vehicle list and once the prospective buyer has identified her/his favourite(s), s/he may cast a vote for any of the entries, as picks of the week, including some comments (e.g. features that they like about of the individual vehicles, etc). The number of votes cast for each entry is displayed. There are 5 pages 1. All listings (cars) 2. Special page for 10-15 nominated cars 3. Login page 4. Final auction page 5.
