Prestashop 1.7 - Fix employee permission

Hi everybody, I need to fix a problem in my Prestashop 1.7 site. The fix will consist in give the possibility to the employee that will manage the Customer Service to let him watch the status of the orders (in the "Orders" page) without to enter in the singular order page. I have tried to set it in the permission of the "Employees" group that I have created but without success. You can see in the image attached what they don't must see taht is selected in red. It's a single fix so don't ask much because I will select the more competitive bid and I will take in consideration the Freelance also for next issues.
