I have been using Slack for some time now. And I am definitely good at preparing PowerPoint presentations. An example is the one that I prepared for my Belgian boss. It states the reasons why he should consider putting the Philippines in his travel bucket list. The purpose of the presentation is to entice him to do the travel and he did last July- August. I am his Virtual Assistant. My job is to manage inventory, ship orders, reply to emails, make reservations for store pick-ups, send promotions, moderate Facebook, and manage warranty claims. I am doing this for part-time. Performance-wise, my employer is very happy. I can work without close supervision and the quality of my work always exceeds his expectations.
I also have extensive experience in customer service, technical, and sales. I have been in the customer service industry for five years. I was a team supervisor for a billing account then I moved to technical where we assist computer technical issues that can be resolved remotely. I assisted US customers so I am fluent in speaking English.
