Jeff: Hi, I need someone to re-program an Allen Bradley micrologix 1200 I have a Single shaft RG32WP from “Vecoplan” that is using a Allen Bradley micrologix 1200 and I need to reprogram it The controller is set for 480 volts and I don't know the amperage it's set at. I changed the motors to 600 volts and the amperage becomes lower so the control is not sending the lower amp and still keeps pushing the material instead of slowing down or giving a 5 second break. Because it keeps pushing the rotor binds up can't chew fast enough then it hits the shut off switch and the machine shuts down Can anyone help Higher the voltage lower the amperage? Please let me know ASAP BTW: This is all very new to me (I am just trying to help out a friend) Let me know if you need any additional information I will get it for you as well as your rates and what equitpent I will require unless there is some local in Toronto!
