May be you want feature at wp-admin where you can upload the XML, also zipped image files to be associated with feeds (separate upload)? Not sure, may be multiple sized images to be created (thumbnails, featured images etc), hope we can address this using WP. I am assuming you will get product stock updates on a regular basis, in the format you have outlined, xml + zip with images. I believe you want this set up in a such a way so that the data on your site is updated as new data becomes available i.e. stock that is no longer in the xml should be removed, new stock should be loaded, and any updates to existing stock should be applied, correct? Are you receiving the data manually, or is it being pushed to your server perhaps on a daily basis? Working in WP included also uploading/exporting/managing and updating large databases of products for Woocommerce. Therefore, this task will be very easy to do. After you give me access to the Wordpress backend as well as to FTP, and after I check the amount of products you need imported, I can estimate the accurate period of time in which I can get the job done.
