Wordpress Plugin Needed

We need a plugin for wordpress that does the following.... Basically this is a REALLY simple cart system with a twist. We would like this coded from scratch not a modified/hacked up plugin. Code must be clean and free from known security flaws, sql injection, etc.. Basically the idea is rapid listing system (items for sale) where we drag and drop the photos into a upload folder in the admin area... we will only have ONE photo of every item for sale, no descriptions, no shipping info, nothing... just a price. We will dump lots of photos at one time into the system and it simply uploads the photos and creates a page in the admin area with all the available items (thumbnails 125x125) and a price field for each item. We then add a price from a admin page as simply and quickly as possible to each new item (rapidly add prices from the admin for each item without reloading the page - Just a long list and fill out the entire list and submit). Once the prices are entered the item goes live on the public side of the site for people to buy or make an offer on the item. Each hour the asking price drops by a percentage (same percentage for all items) and we can control the percentage and interval time from the admin area too. We can accept an offer at any time or if the asking price drops and reaches someones offer price is sells the item to the person who made the offer. Admin Area - create page where we can drag and drop photos of items for sale (Multi-Photo uploader with no timeout issues) - Resize photo if nessassary 1000x1000 maximum whatever is higher if not square. - Create 125x125 thumbnails for each item - each photo will be displayed in admin (Thumbnail) with asking price field - admin enters asking price for each item displayed and once price is entered the item goes into public view to accept offers or buy. - We need a ADMIN page that shows offers (when a offer is made a email is sent to the admin and the items shows in the offers admin page) when BUY IT NOW is used it also sends the admin a email and shows on a page and when the ASKING PRICE hits the highest offer price is also marks the item sold. - Sold items send a invoice to the winner (We need to be able to change the wording in the invoice - email template). Public View Area - your script will create a page 4 photos across and as far down as needed - each photo will have a BUY IT NOW price and a spot to MAKE AN OFFER - Only REGISTERED SUBSCRIBERS (wordpress will handle all the login) can buy it now or make an offer. If the member is not logged into wordpress it lets them know they must login or register first before making an offer or buying any item. - Each item will have a [BUY IT NOW] button and a [MAKE AN OFFER] button. - The only other ability is to click on the photo and enlarge the image (Lightbox). Subscribers Status Page - Here the subscriber can see what they have bought and what they have offers on and increase offer prices if they wish. They can also see if someone has placed a higher offer but can not see who or what the amount of the other offer is. English language must be fluent - no generic replies with offers I want to be sure you are capable of doing this.
