Hi. I am maintaining a WordPress website that has a plugin for gocardless based on their pervious api. The gocardless payment was integrated with a form so that when the people that register make any payment on gocardless it shows up on wordpress backend that they have made the payment. There are two problems really. One problem is getting the plug in to update. It seems not to update except it is deactivated and even then, it shows that it has updated in the backend but there are no changes at the front. The second problem is the gocardless payment system itself, we would like it to work like it is currently set up to do. When you submit the form it gives an error saying broken link. We were able to maintain this ourselves before gocardless changed their system and we would like to be able to manage the system ourselves after the work done on the website is done. That means we will require the person or organisation that solves this for us to show us how to update certain features ourselves so we can manage the website ourselves. Please help us to get this working
