Wix Search Bar Filter

Looking for someone to modify a search bar onmy Wix website that is connected to a data set.
Essentially what I am trying to do is allow users to search for vendors based on location, their estimated budget, and the type of vendor they need.
I own an event planning company and I would like my students from my online course or anyone searching for vendors to be able to use my database of vendors as a resource. They would type in what they are looking for or choose from dropdowns (would like the option of both), click search, and then it will load a page that has filtered results. The results page will also have a search bar at the top to allow them to renew the search.
With my limited knowledge, I have already created the data set and the pages. It works up until the point of presenting the results page... the results aren't filtered at all.
I would be willing to pay for $50-$100/hr for the person who can get it done FAST.
Deliverable would be a search bar that works exactly how I have described
